Return & Refund Policy – Rupakala

At Rupakala, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To request a return, a clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory.

Guidelines for the video:

  • The video must start before opening the package
  • The package seal and condition must be clearly visible
  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous shot
  • The issue (damage/wrong item) must be clearly shown

⚠️ Without valid unboxing video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted.


3. Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • For approved returns (damaged/wrong product), Rupakala will bear the return shipping cost

Exception:

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Our team will contact you to arrange the refund

7. Non-Acceptance of Returns

We reserve the right to reject return requests if:

  • Unboxing video is not provided
  • The product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition
  • The request does not meet the return eligibility criteria

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
