Return & Refund Policy – Rupakala
At Rupakala, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To request a return, a clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory.
Guidelines for the video:
- The video must start before opening the package
- The package seal and condition must be clearly visible
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous shot
- The issue (damage/wrong item) must be clearly shown
⚠️ Without valid unboxing video proof, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Return Request Window
- Return requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the process
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
5. Return Shipping Charges
- For approved returns (damaged/wrong product), Rupakala will bear the return shipping cost
Exception:
- If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
Refund Method:
- Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Our team will contact you to arrange the refund
7. Non-Acceptance of Returns
We reserve the right to reject return requests if:
- Unboxing video is not provided
- The product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition
- The request does not meet the return eligibility criteria
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
